Tigran the Great (King of the Kings) reigned in Armenia in 95-56 BCE. It was during this period that Armenia reached the peak of its development. The image of a crown with triangular edges was a typical feature of the Artashesyan clan. The reverse side of the coin depicted mythological characters. The central part of the Tigran the Great necklace is decorated with an imitation of Tigran the Great coin and it is surrounded by figures from the opposite side of the coin. The coins of the Tigran the Great necklace are silver, the chain is made out of fusion.
