Repair Policy

 

We want you to enjoy your Pregomesh jewelry for many years.
If your jewelry ever requires servicing, you can trust our specialists to repair it while preserving its beauty and durability. Simply bring your item to the Pregomesh store, and our staff will send it to our service center on your behalf. At the store, you will be provided with a receipt, which must be presented when collecting the repaired item.

In certain special cases, after receiving the item, our craftsmen will evaluate it. The evaluation may take up to one week, after which we will contact you to discuss service charges. Repair work may take up to two months.

Warranty Service

We want you to enjoy your Pregomesh jewelry for many years.
We provide our customers with a 6-month warranty for jewelry with stones and a 1-year warranty for silver-only jewelry. Items under warranty will be repaired free of charge.

Please keep the jewelry passport or the purchase receipt after purchase, as free repairs are not possible without them.
Jewelry that has been out of production for 2 years or more is no longer eligible for repair.

At the store, you will be informed of the approximate prepayment amount for the service, which may vary depending on the level of damage. The final cost will be provided when collecting the repaired item.

Our warranty policy does not cover replacement or return of broken or stolen items. However, we can manufacture the missing part for you for an additional fee.

Cases Within 6 Months After Purchase

Jewelry is immediately replaced at the store with a new item when the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, such as:
