As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health of our customers, co-workers and communities.
Due to pandemic, we are extending our shipping and return policies. As all transit airports are closed because of the COVID-19 lockdown our legal department decided to insert an updated shipping & return policy regarding the delays.
While placing orders with the “Standard Shippings (3-5 weeks) after COVID-19 lockdown” option you agree that the parcels will arrive with delay.
Please note that we proceed your orders within 2 business days and all the parcels are collected in the postal office. As soon as the transit airports start standard or half-part standard work the postal offices will ship your parcels and we will provide you with the tracking codes. You can track your orders here.
Cancel Order Policy
You can cancel your order (non-shipped parcel) within 7 days after the order placement date. If you want to cancel your order please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, this applies to all countries. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that the customer will have to pay for any costs that may incur when shipping the product back to Pregomesh.
Non returnable Items
Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
All the items purchased from Pregomesh Favorites platform are non-returnable because the manufacturing process starts right after the order is placed. If you have sizing issues, please write us an email so we can negotiate the exchange process with the merchant.
Upon receipt of the items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. We will process your refund within 72 hours of receipt of the product. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
